Why the Dolomites are different
The Dolomites are iconic — dramatic rock formations, sharp lines, and some of the most recognisable mountain scenery in Europe.

They are also regulated, seasonal, and highly dependent on timing.
Photographing here requires more than inspiration — it requires experience.

Photography experiences I offer in the DOLOMITES

I photograph a range of Love Stories across Dolomites — always tailored to the rhythm of the mountains and your plans:

Each experience is planned with permits, access, light, and season in mind.

Experience matters

What makes the Dolomites special also makes them sensitive: certain locations are crowded, access can be limited, and the best light often comes with very specific timing.

I help you plan around real-world details - like when a place feels quiet, how to avoid peak crowds, and what season actually suits your vision. From location scouting to trusted local partners when needed, everything is set up so the experience stays calm and intentional.

Iconic Dolomites areas & reference points

The Dolomites include many well-known locations, such as:
  • Funes Valley (Val di Funes)

A quieter, storybook valley with iconic church viewpoints and a softer rhythm — loved for its classic Dolomites scenery without the "main attraction" feeling.
    1
  • Tre Cime di Lavaredo

The sharp, dramatic Dolomites look — big rock energy, epic viewpoints, and sunrise/sunset moments that feel unreal. Best known for Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Drei Zinnen).
    2
  • Braies & Alta Badia

Romantic lakes, forest textures, and the classic postcard vibe — including Lago di Braies (Pragser Wildsee). Beautiful for proposals and sessions that feel intimate and cinematic.
    3
  • Val Gardena

Soft alpine meadows, mountain huts, and iconic wide views — especially at Alpe di Siusi / Seiser Alm and the Seceda ridgeline. Perfect for couples who want that dreamy, open Dolomites feel.

These names serve as reference points — not fixed plans. I help you find locations that match your vision while avoiding unnecessary pressure and crowds.

Irina is great! From the moment I contacted her about taking pictures for us, she went above and beyond in helping us make it all happen!! We had a lot going on… we were traveling internationally to the beautiful Dolomites, we wanted family pics, 3 couples pics and some senior pics for our youngest. She helped us pick out different locations, worked individually with my daughter and daughter-in-law in planning their separate couple photo shoots, built in flexibility in case weather was an issue, and so much more. Despite having a few “not so excited men” in our group, our photos were fabulous! Irina, thanks for going above and beyond!
